Ride Insights

Ride Insights product's goal is to analyse the impact of intermodality on ride-hailer's and taxi operator's business. Specifically, the impact of offering an automated intermodal service combining taxi with public transport, including:

  • What percentage of orders can be matched with public transport?
  • How much does the average order value (AOV) decrease?
  • What percentage of the orders not converted into rides can be converted with the intermodal offer?
  • How will ride frequency and average revenue per user (ARPU) increase?
  • What percentage of taxi-only rides will be cannibalised by the intermodal service and what parameters need to be reached to increase total revenue?
  • How much will vehicle efficiency increase?
